Pricing Structure:
1. Base Rate (per hour): R800

Distance-Based Pricing:
1. Short Distance (0-50 km): included in base rate (R800)
2. Long Distance (51-100 km): R5 per km

Fuel and Maintenance:
- Fuel costs are factored into the base rate for distances up to 100 km per day.
- Additional fuel costs will be billed at R20 per litre over 100km.
- Maintenance costs are included in the base rate.

Additional Services:
1. Driver Overnight Stay: R1,500 per night
